1. Product Introduction
1.1 Function Overview
AweSun Q1 is a consumer-grade intelligent remote control device developed by Aweray. It is designed for individual users, offering key advantages such as compact size, portability, high quality, and cost-effectiveness.
The device supports a variety of use cases, including telecommuting and IT operations and maintenance. By applying advanced physical layer direct-connection technology, AweSun Q1 enables stable remote control without reliance on network conditions. Its compact body allows users to carry it easily and perform remote operations anytime, anywhere.
Whether it is connected to work equipment for remote office, handling urgent tasks efficiently, or allowing IT personnel to troubleshoot and repair equipment remotely while offsite, AweSun Q1 provides a practical solution that improves work flexibility and efficiency.

! Note:
To reset Q1, press and hold the reset button for 5 seconds, then release it. The indicator light will first turn solid red, then start blinking blue. This indicates that the reset was successful.

1.4 Interface description
Note: To ensure proper operation, please make sure all interfaces are connected correctly.
2. Steps
2.1 How to connect Q1
When using Q1 for the first time, you must connect it to an AweSun account to enable remote control. The following steps demonstrate how to connect Q1 on AweSun app.
2.1.1 Connect Q1 on your phone
2.1.1.1 Install AweSun Remote Control app
(1) Visit the AweSun download page ( Visit me ), or download "AweSun remote control" from App Store or Google play.
(2) Using the iOS system as an example:after installation, log in with AweSun account. If you do not have an account, you can register directly on the app.
2.1.1.2 Add Q1 to your account
(1) Before adding Q1, ensure that the Bluetooth and location services on your mobile phone are turned on.
(2) Power on Q1, and confirm that the indicator light is blinking blue;
(3) Open the AweSun remote control app, tap the Add button in the upper right corner of the [Devices] interface, and select "Add Intelligent Hardware";
(4) Wait for the app to search for nearby Q1. If Q1 is not detected, you can manually select it to add.
2.1.1.3 Bind Device
(1) Ensure that Q1 is connected to your router or switch via the network cable, then select [Hardware is connected via network cable].
(2) Q1 will automatically connect and configure the wired network.
(3) Set Q1 device name and access password.
(4) Confirm and click [Next], the the binding process is now completed.
2.2 Function Overview
Taking the mobile terminal as an example:
After Connecting, Q1 will appear in the device list of the AweSun control terminal. The following functions can be initiated: [Control], [View], [SSH]. Note: Before initiating remote control, ensure that all cables are properly connected.
2.2.1 Desktop Control
Allows full control of the remote device. You can input mouse and keyboard commands directly to the remote device.
Note:
When initiating a remote control session with Q1 for the first time, the access password must be entered for verification.
2.2.2 Desktop Viewing
Allows viewing the remote device screen only. Mouse and keyboard commands are not supported.
2.2.3 SSH
Provides access through a remote SSH connection to check local network issues.

3. Settings
On the Q1 details page, click
3.1 Device ID
Q1 has a unique Device ID. Other AweSun users can connect remotely by entering the the Device ID and passcode.
* * Note: * * You can only view or modify the passcode on the same LAN with Q1.
3.2 Change Access Password
To avoid security risks, Q1 must be connected to the same network as the mobile phone in order to change the access password.
3.3 Internet Settings
Wired network settings include DHCP and Static IP, which can be configured based on the actual network environment:
① DHCP: The router automatically assigns an IP address which cannot be modified.
② Static IP: Manually set a custom IP address
3.4 Add to Desktop
Add a shortcut for Q1 to the mobile desktop.
3.5 About
Check the current firmware version and device information of Q1.
