Introduction

You are welcome to use Awesun services! This Agreement is an agreement between you and Awesun regarding your use of Awesun Paid Membership Services. In order to protect your rights and interests, please read all the contents of this agreement in detail before paying. Please read and consider carefully the words marked in bold. Unless you have read and accepted all the terms of this Agreement, you are not entitled to use Awesun Paid Membership Services. Your opening and use of Awesun paid membership service is deemed that you have read and voluntarily accepted all the contents of this agreement.** If you are under the age of 18, please read this Agreement with your legal guardian and pay special attention to the terms of use for minors.

ARTICLE I ACCEPTION AND AMENDMENT OF THIS AGREEMENT

1. **The content of this Agreement also includes the relevant agreements, business rules, etc. on the service content that have been published or may be published or updated by the Awesun in the future. **Once the above contents are officially released, they shall constitute an integral part of this Agreement, have the same legal effect as this Agreement, and shall be effective for both parties. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the above, this Agreement shall prevail. 2. The Awesun has the right to modify the terms of service at any time (the modification includes changing, adding or reducing the corresponding terms). Once the terms of service are modified, the Awesun will prompt or publicize them on the relevant page. If you do not agree to the modification of this agreement, you can stop using Awesun paid membership service. If you continue to use Awesun paid membership services, you shall be deemed to have accepted all amendments to this Agreement.

2nd Service Description

1. Awesun paid members include melon seed members, svip members, global members and other existing and future new/adjusted member service types (specific member types and rights are subject to the official page display). You understand and agree that in view of the particularity of network services, Awesun have the right to change, adjust, cancel and increase all or part of member rights and special member services according to market conditions.
2. About the upgrade between members: melon seeds members support upgrading to svip and global members, and svip supports upgrading to global members. Svip does not support downgrading to a melon seed member during the membership validity period. Global members do not support downgrading to a super member or a melon seed member during the membership validity period.
3. Awesun may launch different Awesun paid membership services according to different products and service types; at the same time, Awesun may also improve and optimize the existing Awesun paid membership service types according to your needs, changes in products and service types, and constantly launch new Awesun paid membership service types. * * You understand and agree that the Awesun has the right to adjust the existing Awesun paid membership service according to legal provisions, policy changes and operational requirements. If the above adjustment is Awesun, the Awesun will notify the corresponding service page or other reasonable means. * * specific Awesun paid membership service types and service content to the relevant service page published, the actual content of the subject. You can choose the corresponding service according to your needs. 4. You understand and agree that in order to ensure that you fully enjoy the Awesun paid membership service and provide a more comfortable experience, the Awesun may provide you with information related to the Awesun paid membership service by e-mail, in-station letter, SMS, telephone, system information and instant messaging.

#3 Rules of Use

1, account login

If you want to use Awesun paid membership service, you need to log in to your Awesun account or register a Awesun account and log in. On the basis of successfully logging in to the Awesun account, apply for the Awesun paid membership service.

2, account management

(1) You should correctly use, properly keep and maintain your Awesun account number and password, and it is forbidden to donate, borrow, rent, transfer or sell Awesun account number. You are fully responsible for all activities and events that occur on or through your account. If you find that your Awesun account or password has any leakage, loss, theft, etc., please notify Awesun immediately. If your Awesun account or password is leaked, lost or stolen due to Awesun fault, all losses will be borne by you. (2) If your Awesun account information is lost or your password needs to be retrieved, you must provide the corresponding information and proof according to the requirements of the account retrieval process officially announced by the Awesun, and ensure that the information and supporting documents provided are legal, true and effective. If the materials you provide are untrue or do not meet the requirements and cannot pass the Awesun security verification, the account recovery may fail, and the corresponding risks and losses will be borne by you.

3, charging method

(1) The paid services provided by the Awesun are paid first and then used. Your timely, full and legal payment of the corresponding amount is the prerequisite for you to use Awesun paid services. (2) Awesun may launch different Awesun paid membership services according to different products and service types, including monthly, annual, continuous monthly, continuous quarterly, continuous annual subscription, etc. The specific rights and interests details, charging standards and methods of Awesun paid membership services will be displayed on the corresponding service pages. If you need to obtain and use this service, please understand the charging standard and method of this service in advance.

4. Service opening

(1) You can use the payment method provided by the Awesun to complete the payment and Awesun subscription service in the subscription service interface. * * When you open the service, please carefully check the specific information such as the service type, price and term. If the opening is wrong due to your personal reasons, the Awesun will not refund the fees already charged.** (2) Please obtain Awesun paid membership services provided by Awesun in a legal manner. Any Awesun paid membership services obtained by stealing, exploiting system loopholes, through any non-Awesun official or authorized channels (including but not limited to purchase, rent, borrow, share, transfer, etc.), or Awesun paid membership services obtained by malicious use or sabotage of Awesun activities will not be protected, the Awesun has the right to cancel and/or refuse to provide Awesun paid membership services, and all losses and liabilities incurred shall be borne by the tortfeasor. (3) You may not open Awesun paid membership services for yourself or others in any of the following ways:

1. Open Awesun paid membership services for yourself or others for non-personal purposes such as profit and operation;
2. Open Awesun paid membership services for yourself or others through any robot software, spider software, crawler software, screen-brushing software and other programs and software methods;
3. through any improper means or in violation of the principle of good faith for themselves or others to open Awesun paid membership services;
4. Open Awesun paid membership services for yourself or others through methods not designated by the Awesun;
5. by infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of Awesun or others to open Awesun paid membership services for themselves or others;
6. through other violations of relevant laws, administrative regulations and other ways to open Awesun paid membership services for themselves or others.

5. Term of Service

(1) The term of Awesun paid membership service shall be subject to the term of your choice and successful payment of the corresponding service fee. You can also log in to the corresponding page of each Awesun product for inquiry.

• (2) You understand, know and agree that the service period of Awesun paid member service includes the reasonable time required for Awesun troubleshooting, server maintenance, adjustment, upgrade, and third-party infringement processing. The time required for the above-mentioned circumstances shall not be compensated unless Awesun otherwise announced.*

6, use the guidelines

(1) Awesun paid membership service is a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive license given to you by the Awesun on the premise that you comply with this Agreement and relevant laws and regulations. You understand and agree that Awesun paid membership service is limited to the use of the account and cannot be transferred between different Awesun accounts. You shall not provide the Awesun account with Awesun paid membership service to others in any way, including but not limited to transferring, renting, borrowing, sharing, selling, etc. Otherwise, any legal consequences and liability arising therefrom shall be borne by you, and Awesun shall have the right to suspend or terminate the service to you. (2) After you open Awesun paid membership services through Awesun designated channels, the specific services you can actually use may vary due to the different software versions, devices, operating systems, network environments, etc. you use, or other third-party reasons. For the inconvenience that may be caused to you, you understand and agree not to pursue Awesun relevant responsibilities. (3) During the validity period of the Awesun paid membership service that has been opened, if you voluntarily cancel or terminate the Awesun paid membership service, you will not receive a refund of the Awesun paid membership service fee.

Article 4 Suspension, Termination and Modification of Services

1. The suspension or termination of Awesun paid membership services includes the following: (1) You voluntarily suspend or terminate, including failure to renew the fee upon expiration; (2) Because of your breach of contract, the Awesun voluntarily suspends or terminates the service; (3) The service is Awesun suspended or terminated due to the requirements of the state or relevant departments or in the event of force majeure; (4) Other services that should be suspended or terminated in accordance with laws and regulations. (5) After suspension or termination of the service, Awesun have the right but not the obligation to ensure that you receive special tips or notices. When you find that you cannot log in or enjoy the service, you can contact us.
2. Disposal after suspension or termination Except as provided by law, Awesun shall not be liable to you or any third party for the suspension or termination of Awesun paid membership services, and the fees collected will not be refunded. 3. You agree that due to the particularity of Internet services, Awesun have the right to modify, change, interrupt or terminate some or all of the services for legitimate reasons. Awesun reserves the right to make the foregoing changes without notice to you, and you agree that Awesun Paid Membership Services provided pursuant to any provision of the Awesun Paid Membership Services Agreement may be changed, discontinued or terminated without prior notice. And you agree that Awesun shall not be liable to you or any third party for any loss caused by the change of behavior.

Article 5 Liability for Breach of Contract

1. Due to the occurrence of force majeure events, such as natural disasters, government actions, and force majeure, the service cannot continue. Awesun will notify you as soon as possible, but will not bear any losses caused thereby. 2. In view of the particularity of computers and the Internet, Awesun shall not be liable for any losses caused to you or third parties due to non-Awesun reasons such as Y2K problems, hacker problems, technical adjustments in the telecommunications sector and government regulation, Internet connectivity interruption or system failure. 3. Based on the principle of consistency between revenue and compensation and fairness and reasonableness, if your Awesun paid membership service is not normally interrupted or cannot be used due to Awesun fault, the maximum total amount of compensation you may receive is limited to the service fee you have paid for the current month. 4. In the process of using Awesun paid membership services, you shall not commit the following acts of breach of contract: (1) Violation of this Agreement; (2) Violation of laws, regulations, rules, regulations and any norms with legal effect; (3) Disrupting or affecting the Awesun's provision of Awesun paid membership services to any third party; (4) Conduct acts that endanger the security of computer networks; (5) It adversely affects the services and activities of this agreement provided by the Awesun and affiliated third parties (including authorized parties and partners), and infringes and/or infringes the legitimate interests of affiliated third parties and/or other users; (6) It is determined by the relevant department to infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of any third party;(7) The use of Awesun paid membership services to obtain illegal benefits, including but not limited to improper profits through resale, transfer, sub-authorization, etc; (8) Other acts that infringe upon the legitimate interests of Awesun. 5. If you violate the contents of the Awesun paid membership service terms, the Awesun has the right to take measures against you, including but not limited to suspending or terminating part or all of the Awesun paid membership service, investigating your legal liability, etc., depending on the nature of your behavior, and the Awesun does not need to refund any fees to you, the losses caused to you (including but not limited to communication interruption, clearing of relevant data, unused service fees as liquidated damages to the Awesun, etc.) shall be borne by you, and you shall also compensate for the losses caused to the Awesun and/or any third party.

Article 6 Intellectual Property

Ownership and intellectual property rights: Any text, graphics, audio, video, software, services and other information or materials (including but not limited to diagrams, animations, interfaces, data and programs, codes, documents) contained in the Awesun's official website and APP are owned by the Awesun and protected by laws and regulations. Without the written consent of the Awesun, no person or organization may use, modify, reproduce, transmit, change, distribute or publish the above content. If there is a violation, it is necessary to bear all the losses caused by it.

Article 7 Application and jurisdiction of law

1. The entry into force, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of the terms of service of Awesun paid members shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan for the purpose of this Agreement) (excluding conflict of laws). 2. If any dispute or dispute occurs between you and the Awesun, it shall be settled through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit to the court with jurisdiction where Shanghai Aweray Information Technology Co., Ltd.

Article 8 Other

1. The headings of all the terms of this Agreement are for the convenience of reading only, have no actual meaning in themselves, and cannot be used as the basis for the interpretation of the meaning of this Agreement.
2. Awesun non-exercise, failure to exercise in a timely manner or failure to exercise fully the rights under this Agreement or in accordance with the provisions of the law shall not be deemed to be a waiver of such rights, nor shall it affect the future exercise of such rights.
3. If any provision in this Agreement is completely or partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain valid and binding.
