You are welcome to use the services of Aweray Aweseed! This Agreement is an agreement between you and Aweray Aweseed regarding your use of Aweray Aweseed Subscription Products. In order to protect your rights and interests, please read all the contents of this agreement in detail before paying. Please read and consider carefully the words marked in bold. Unless you have read and accepted all the terms of this agreement, you are not entitled to use Aweray Aweseed subscription products. Your opening and use of Aweray Aweseed subscription products shall be deemed that you have read and voluntarily accepted all the contents of this agreement.** If you are under the age of 18, please read this Agreement with your legal guardian and pay special attention to the terms of use for minors.

Article 1 Acceptance and Amendment of this Agreement

1. **The content of this Agreement also includes the relevant agreements and business rules on product content that have been published or may be published or updated by Aweray Aweseed in the future. **Once the above contents are officially released, they shall constitute an integral part of this Agreement, have the same legal effect as this Agreement, and shall be effective for both parties. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the above, this Agreement shall prevail.

Once the terms of service are modified, the Aweray Aweseed will be prompted or publicized on the relevant page. If you do not agree to the modification of this agreement, you can stop using Aweray Aweseed subscription products. If you continue to use Aweray Aweseed subscription products, you shall be deemed to have accepted all amendments to this agreement.**

Article 2 Service Description

1. Aweray Aweseed subscription products include Aweseed online platform svip, Aweseed online platform online member VIP, four-person online game version-Alipay subscription, four-person global online game version-Alipay subscription, six-person online game version-Alipay subscription, six-person global online game version-Alipay subscription, X1 exclusive private cloud version and other existing and future new/adjusted product types (specific product types and rights are subject to official page display). You understand and agree that in view of the particularity of network services, Aweray Aweseed has the right to make all or part of the product rights and interests changes, adjustments, cancellations, and additions based on market conditions.

2. Aweray Aweseed may launch different Aweray Aweseed subscription products according to different products and service types; at the same time, Aweray Aweseed may also improve and optimize the existing Aweray Aweseed subscription products and services according to your needs, changes in products and service types, and constantly launch new Aweray Aweseed subscription products and services. * * You understand and agree that Aweray Aweseed has the right to adjust the existing Aweray Aweseed subscription products according to legal provisions, policy changes, operational requirements, etc. If the Aweray Aweseed to make the aforementioned adjustment, the Aweray Aweseed will notify on the corresponding page or in other reasonable ways. **Specific Aweray Aweseed subscription product service types and service content to the relevant service page published, the actual content of the subject. (2) Aweray Aweseed may launch different Aweray Aweseed subscription products according to different products and service types, including monthly, quarterly, annual, and continuous monthly subscriptions, etc. The specific rights and interests of Aweray Aweseed subscription products, charging standards, Methods, etc. will be displayed on the corresponding service page. If you need to obtain and use this service, please understand the charging standard and method of this service in advance.

4. Service opening (1) You can use the payment method provided by the Aweray Aweseed to complete the payment opening Aweray Aweseed subscription products in the opening service interface. * * When you open the service, please carefully check the specific information such as the service type, price and term. 5. Term of Service (1) The term of Aweray Aweseed subscription products and services shall be subject to the term of your choice and successful payment of the corresponding service fees. For the inconvenience that may be caused to you, you understand and agree not to be held accountable for Aweray Aweseed.** (3)* * within the validity period of the Aweray Aweseed subscription product service that has been opened, if you voluntarily cancel or terminate the Aweray Aweseed subscription product service, you will not be refunded the Aweray Aweseed subscription product service fee.**

Article 4 Suspension, Termination and Alteration of Services

1. The suspension or termination of Aweray Aweseed subscription products and services includes the following circumstances: (1) You voluntarily suspend or terminate, including failure to renew the fee upon expiration; (2) Because of your breach of contract, Aweray Aweseed voluntarily suspend or terminate the service; (3) Aweray Aweseed to suspend or terminate the service due to the requirements of the state or relevant departments or in the event of force majeure; (4) Other services that should be suspended or terminated in accordance with laws and regulations. Upon suspension or termination of the Services, Aweray Aweseed have the right, but not the obligation, to ensure that you receive special reminders or notices. When you find that you cannot log in or enjoy the service, you can contact us.

2. Disposal after suspension or termination Except as required by law, Aweray Aweseed shall not be liable to you or any third party for the suspension or termination of Aweray Aweseed subscription products and services, and the fees collected will not be refunded.

3. You agree that due to the particularity of Internet services, Aweray Aweseed have the right to modify, change, interrupt or terminate some or all of the services for legitimate reasons. Aweray Aweseed reserves the right to take the aforementioned changes without notice to you, and you agree that the Aweray Aweseed subscription product services provided by Iberias Aweseed any provision of the subscription product service agreement may be changed, interrupted or terminated without prior notice. Article 5 Liability for Breach of Contract

2. In view of the particularity of computers and the Internet, Aweray Aweseed shall not be liable for the losses caused to you or third parties by events caused by Y2K problems, hacking problems, technical adjustments of the telecommunications sector and government regulation, interruption of Internet connectivity or system failure and other non-Aweray Aweseed reasons.

3. Based on the principle of consistency between revenue and compensation and fairness and reasonableness, if your Aweray Aweseed subscription product service is not interrupted or cannot be used due to the fault of the Aweray Aweseed, the maximum total amount of compensation you may receive is limited to the service fee you have paid for the current month.**

4. In the process of using Aweray Aweseed to subscribe to products and services, you shall not commit the following acts of breach of contract: (1) Violation of this Agreement; (2) Violation of laws, regulations, rules, regulations and any norms with legal effect;(3) Destroys or affects the Aweray Aweseed to provide Aweray Aweseed subscription products and services to any third party; (4) Conduct acts that endanger the security of computer networks; (5) It adversely affects the services and activities of this agreement provided by Aweray Aweseed and affiliated third parties (including authorized parties and partners), and infringes and/or infringes the legitimate interests of affiliated third parties and/or other users; (6) It is determined by the relevant department to infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of any third party; (7) The use of Aweray Aweseed subscription products and services to obtain illegal benefits, including but not limited to improper profits through resale, transfer, sub-authorization and other acts; (8) Other acts that infringe upon the legitimate interests of Aweray Aweseed.

5. If you violate the content in the terms of Aweray Aweseed subscription products and services, Aweray Aweseed has the right to take measures against you, including but not limited to suspending or terminating part or all of Aweray Aweseed subscription products and services, and investigating you for legal liability, depending on the nature of your behavior. Aweray Aweseed does not need to refund any fees to you, the losses caused to you (including but not limited to communication interruption, clearing of relevant data, unused service fees as liquidated damages to Aweray Aweseed, etc.) shall be borne by you, and you shall also be compensated for the losses caused to Aweray Aweseed and/or any third party.

Article 6 Intellectual Property

Ownership and intellectual property rights: Any text, graphics, audio, video, software, services and other information or materials (including but not limited to diagrams, animations, interfaces, data and programs, codes, documents) contained in Aweray Aweseed official website and APP are owned by Aweray Aweseed and are protected by laws and regulations. Without the written consent of the Aweray Aweseed, no person or organization may use, modify, reproduce, transmit, change, distribute, or publish the above content. If there is a violation, it is necessary to bear all the losses caused by it.

Article 7 Application and Jurisdiction of Law

1. The entry into force, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of the terms of service of the Aweray Aweseed subscription products shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan for the purpose of this Agreement) (excluding conflict of laws).

2. If there is any dispute or dispute between you and Aweray Aweseed, it should be settled through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, either party can bring a lawsuit to the court with jurisdiction where Shanghai Aweray Information Technology Co., Ltd.

Article 8 Other

1. The headings of all the terms of this Agreement are for the convenience of reading only, have no actual meaning in themselves, and cannot be used as the basis for the interpretation of the meaning of this Agreement.

2. Aweray Aweseed failure to exercise, or failure to exercise in a timely manner or to exercise fully the rights under this Agreement or in accordance with the provisions of the law shall not be deemed to be a waiver of such rights, nor shall it affect the future exercise of such rights.

3. If any provision in this Agreement is completely or partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain valid and binding.
