Article 1 Acceptance and Amendment of Service Agreement

1. This Agreement is an agreement between you and the Awesun regarding the use of the automatic renewal entrusted deduction service (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by the Awesun paid member service Awesun. This Agreement describes the rights and obligations between you and the Awesun regarding the use of the Service and related aspects. This agreement is regarded as a supplementary agreement to the Awesun paid member service agreement, which is an integral part of it and constitutes a unified whole. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the Awesun Paid Member Service Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail. 2. This Agreement constitutes a prerequisite for your use of this service provided by Awesun. If you click to subscribe, activate and use Awesun automatic renewal service, you will be deemed to agree to this Agreement.

2nd Service Description

1. This service is based on your demand for automatic renewal. Under the premise that you have opened this service, your irrevocable authorization Awesun when the validity period of payment is about to expire, trust Apple ("Apple" in this Agreement refers to Apple Inc. and its affiliated companies) or other third-party payment channels (such as Alipay) to deduct the service fee for the next billing cycle from the balance of your own recharge account, bound third-party payment account, bank card, communication account and other accounts (hereinafter collectively referred to as "accounts").
2. Billing cycle: including but not limited to 1 month, 1 quarter, 1 year, but does not exclude the possibility of new types in the future, subject to your actual choice of renewal cycle.
3. Subscription price: The price of the paid service display that you confirm to purchase shall prevail.
4. Automatic renewal: The Awesun entrusts Apple or other third-party payment channels (such as Alipay) to collect the service fee for the next billing cycle of the paid service through the account mentioned in paragraph 1 of this article, and records the payment in the payment record of the paid service, and extends the validity period of the paid service accordingly. 5. You must ensure that Apple or other third-party (such as Alipay) payment channels successfully deduct funds from the above account. You shall be responsible for the failure of renewal due to insufficient deductible balance in the above account. 6. If you choose Apple or other third-party (such as Alipay) payment channels to enjoy this service, you will be deemed to agree to Apple or other third-party (such as Alipay) payment channels to issue deduction instructions, and agree that Apple or other third-party (such as Alipay) payment channels can deduct the service fee for the next billing cycle from the above account without verifying your account password, payment password, SMS check code and other information.

#3 Rules of Use 1. If you open this service, you will be deemed to have agreed to Awesun that when your Awesun payment service is about to expire, you will entrust Apple or other third parties (such as Alipay) to withhold the service fees for the billing cycle from your own recharge account, bound third-party payment account, bank card, communication account and other account balances. The specific deduction node is the day before the expiration of each billing cycle. 2. You understand and agree that the deduction period for some channels is determined by the operator or payment channel according to the actual situation, and the deduction time for the aforementioned automatic renewal service shall be subject to the actual deduction time of each channel. 3. After you choose to use this service, unless you choose to terminate this service, your automatic deduction entrustment to the Awesun is irrevocable, Awesun the fees deducted under the payment method you chose when you opened the automatic renewal service are all services, so the fees you paid will not be refunded in any way. 4. If the price of the Awesun paid service is adjusted before the automatic renewal date, the Awesun will publicize the revised content on the relevant page before the deduction and deduct it according to the current effective price. 5. The Awesun does not charge any handling fee for you to open this service, but the Awesun has the right to decide whether to charge or adjust the automatic renewal period and fee according to business needs or market changes, and make an announcement on the relevant page. 6. If there is an error in the deduction process, the Awesun and you shall cooperate closely to find out the cause and each shall bear the loss caused by its own fault; if the loss caused by the unequal fault of both parties, both parties shall bear the corresponding responsibility according to the degree of fault; If both parties are jointly responsible, both parties shall share the responsibility. 7. The service provided by the Awesun to you is limited to your use in Awesun products or services. Any illegal means such as malicious cracking to avoid renewal and use of paid services constitutes a violation of this agreement. The perpetrator shall be responsible for all legal consequences arising therefrom, and the Awesun will investigate the legal responsibility of the perpetrator in accordance with the law. 8. Validity Period Unless otherwise notified and announced by the Awesun, this service will be valid for a long time. This Agreement shall take effect after you choose to accept or use the Service until you terminate the Service or cancel your Awesun account qualification. You have the right to choose to terminate this service at any time in the Awesun account settings. After terminating this service, Awesun will stop providing this service to you. 9. Cancellation Method: (1)Apple ID purchase 1)iOS12 and above systems: open the "App Store" of apple iOS devices-> click on the top right apple account avatar-> enter "account"-> click on "subscribe"-> select Awesun remote control and cancel subscription; 2)iOS12 following systems: open the "settings"-> enter "iTunes Store and App Store"-> click "Apple lD"-> select "view Apple lD", enter the "account settings" page, click "subscribe", select Awesun remote control, and cancel the subscription. (2) Android side purchase

1. The automatic deduction setting can be canceled directly in Alipay client. Automatic renewal will be automatically renewed unless the subscription is canceled before the billing cycle deduction node.

#4 TERMINATION

1. In any of the following circumstances, the Awesun has the right to immediately terminate the service without any liability: (1) your breach of this Agreement or applicable law or infringement; (2) You violate the Awesun's agreement on paid services and all kinds of announcements and notices; (3) Awesun believe that there is a significant risk in providing this service to you.
2. Awesun may choose to suspend, interrupt and discontinue the Service for reasons such as their own business decisions. If such a situation occurs, Awesun will take the form of an announcement to inform you.

Article 5 Application and jurisdiction of law

1. The entry into force, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws (excluding conflict of laws) of the territory of the People's Republic of China (for the purpose of this Agreement, excluding Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan). 2. If there is any dispute over the content of this agreement or its implementation, it shall be settled through friendly negotiation as far as possible; if the negotiation fails, the parties to the dispute agree that either party may bring a lawsuit to the court with jurisdiction where Shanghai Aweray Information Technology Co., Ltd.
