#1. What is an administrator? An administrator is the person who creates and manages Aweseed offsite networking.

2. How does the administrator handle it?

1. Confirm the distribution of each member

The administrator needs to confirm whether all members in the network have been used. You can log on to the Aweseed network management platform page and judge according to the online status of members.

2. Confirm that client/server members log in using UID/SID

Aweseed Client Member supports logging on by using Aweray Account, UID (such as XXXXXX:001), and Mobile Number.
Aweseed Server Member supports logging on by using Aweray Account and SID.
① If you log in with a Aweray account, the client will record your computer or mobile phone information to UID/SID when logging in for the first time, and record 001, 002, 003, etc. in the order of UID/SID. When the number of network members is exceeded, the client will prompt that the number of members is full.

② If you log in using UID/SID, the newly logged-in device will overwrite the previous information, so it can be used normally all the time. Members in the network use the specified unique UID/SID to log on to avoid logon conflicts between different machines.

③ If you use a mobile phone number to log in, the mobile phone number is bound to a specific UID, just like the UID.
(When logging in with a mobile phone number, you need to bind the mobile phone number to the specified UID first. In the Aweseed network management platform-intelligent network, click on the specific network-to view the details and bind it in the member list.)

④ If the login password is incorrect, [Aweseed Management Networking Management Platform]-> [Remote Networking]-> [More]-> [Change Password]].


3. Upgrade required when the number of members is insufficient

Confirm that the number of members in the original network has been fully used. When new devices need to be added to the network, click [Home]-[Upgrade].

Upgrade account services or Increase the number of licenses based on actual usage requirements.
