Awesun the introduction of cloud storage, technicians can upload core configuration files, documents, software packages and diagnostic tools to cloud space. View, edit, and share files from anywhere without worrying about being left behind on your computer at the office or at home. When providing remote technical support, through cloud storage mapping, technicians can obtain the required documents in the cloud space of the controlled end. At the same time, there is no need to download files in cloud space to the local area before editing files like traditional third-party cloud disk tools, which makes the editing and saving process of files more efficient and convenient.

Note: ① Currently only supports Awesun Windows Personal Edition v15.6.6 and above At present, only Win7 and above systems are supported, and Win7 systems only support the flagship version and enterprise version.

Operating Steps

1. Opening

(1) Log in to the Awesun account and click <Upgrade/Renew>. In the purchase interface, select matching service purchase or separately purchase cloud storage.

(2) Select Awesun cloud storage in the toolkit interface and make payment.

After the activation is successful, you can switch the Awesun cloud storage on the [My Toolkit] interface, and view the validity period and available space of the cloud storage.

2. Function demonstration

2.1 cloud space

(1) operation path: [Awesun personal version]-> [toolkit]-> [my toolkit]] Select the Awesun cloud storage application in the [My Toolkit] interface and click Open. Note: When you turn it on for the first time, the client will automatically download and install the cloud storage plug-in. Please wait for 1 to 2 minutes.

(2) After Awesun cloud storage is enabled, the device automatically displays the Awesun Cloud Space Disk.

(3) Local files can be uploaded to cloud space, and cloud space can be created, deleted, modified files and other operations. Note: Currently, only one master terminal is supported to use the cloud storage function. If the cloud storage function is enabled on multiple main control terminals, only the main control terminal with the latest cloud storage enabled will be enabled.

2.2 mapping cloud space

(1) Initiate remote control through identification code or equipment list; * * Note: * * Both the main control terminal and the controlled terminal need to Awesun personal version V15.6.6 and above

(2) Select in the remote control function menu bar and click Open; (3) Cloud space mapping is successful; Note: Multiple cloud storage mappings are enabled at the same time when multiple devices are remotely controlled.

(4) The controlled end can create, delete, modify and download files and other operations on the mapped cloud space. * * Note: * * During remote control, closing the local cloud storage function at the main control terminal will not affect the mapped cloud space.
