Can 1. kits be purchased separately?
The kit can be purchased separately for trial times without the need to purchase a member first. If you need to use it for an unlimited number of times or days, you need to purchase the corresponding member service.
Where 2. I see the kit I have purchased?
After purchasing the toolkit, you can view it in [Awesun personal version client-> left navigation "toolkit"-> my toolkit page]. Here you can view the use of the toolkit, the supported control end systems, and see how to use the corresponding toolkit by understanding the features.
How do 3. find the member service corresponding to this toolkit?
If you are satisfied with the trial and want to upgrade to the corresponding member service, you can find the corresponding toolkit card in [Awesun personal client-> left navigation "toolkit"-> my toolkit page], and click "upgrade service" to be directed to the purchase page of the corresponding member service.
After 4. purchase service, can I buy tool kits again?
Already a VIP member, you can also purchase advanced features (toolkits) that are not supported by the current membership level separately. Open the Toolkit Page to view the recommended toolkits.
5. bought a kit why not use?
Check to see if the environment meets the following conditions: (1) The control terminal uses windows Awesun Personal EditionV15.8.3 and above (other systems are still under development). (2) If the Awesun has been updated to the latest version, you can try to restart it. (3) Confirm that the toolkit supports the system use of the control terminal equipment. You can view the "support system" in the toolkit card corresponding to [My Toolkit]. This system is the control terminal system, such as the "Edge Change Control" toolkit. Currently, only windows control windows is supported. If mac remote control is used, this function is not supported for the time being. How do 6. deduct a trial?
(1) At present, the toolkits are all remote control functions. If they have been successfully used in the remote control process, they will be automatically deducted once after the remote control is completed. For example, after the remote control is initiated, the split screen mode of multi-screen control and multi-screen control is used, and a trial will be automatically deducted after the remote control is completed; (2) In the same remote control, a toolkit can be used multiple times, and only one trial will be deducted after the remote control.
