1. Service disable instructions
When the Aweseed remote networking service expires, if the number of members is less than or equal to 3, the service is automatically reduced to the free level.
If the number of members is greater than 3, there will be a 7-day disable period after expiration. If the renewal is not renewed within 7 days after expiration, log on to the client or enter the Aweseed console, and the message "Service disabled" will be displayed ".
2 The Solution
The "service disabled" can be solved by the following methods:
2.1 adjust the number of members
If you do not need to use the paid level service and confirm that the number of free level members (3) has met the current usage, you need to remove the redundant members in the group network.
Log in to Aweseed management platform -[remote networking]-[network members], enter the relevant network, select the currently offline members and click [** more **]-[move out of network]]. Deletion of members as required.
2.2 renewal of remote networking
Login https://p.oray.com-[Service Management] Click "Upgrade".
2.3 purchased
