1. Configure the Aweseed router

1.1 create remote networking

(1) After the PLC equipment is connected to the network port of the Aweseed router, the off-site networking is carried out. [ Click to view networking tutorial ]]

(2) The creation of Aweseed remote networking is successful, and the hardware and software members in the network can be seen.

(3) Aweseed the IP address through ping test, and if it is passed, the networking is proved successful.

1.2 Modify the IP of the Aweseed router to be consistent with the PLC network segment

In Cloud Management Platform [Network]-> [LAN], Modify LAN IP address to change 10.168.1.1 to 192.168.0.1;

2. PLC software configuration (take Siemens, Schneider as an example)

2.1 Schneider PLC end configuration

(1) Realize remote monitoring of PLC to ensure that the network settings of PLC are correct and have been downloaded to PLC, including IP address, subnet mask and gateway address. One of the three is wrong.

(2) Open the soMachine software. If the settings are correct, the target PLC can be directly seen in the MyContriller. Select the PLC and click Online. If it is not possible: refresh the list first; Not yet, restart the somachine; If it does not exist, the PLC needs to be initialized locally and the three parameters described in the previous step need to be reset.

(3) The online success is the screenshot, which can be operated as locally.

2.2 Siemens PLC end configuration

(1) Set [IP address] and [subnet mask] of Siemens PLC; Select [Use Router] and set the router address to keep it in the same network segment. These are all set up and downloaded to PLC before remote connection. If any one of the three parameters is missing, it cannot be connected normally.

(2) Open the Botu software and then enter the project view. Configure the equipment to ensure that the PLC to be created is consistent with the actual PLC configuration on site, [IP address] and [subnet mask]; [Use router], also consistent. Then click [Go Online]].

(3) The interface shown in the figure below pops up, and the parameter selection is shown in the figure. PG/PC interface, sometimes can not display the virtual network card, choose the actual computer network card, is also possible. When selecting the target device, select the device with the same display address, otherwise the device cannot be found. Then start searching.

(4) After going online, you can choose to upload the program or download the program.

Caution: Before remote use, it is best to backup the program to avoid the loss of the program caused by network interruption during transmission.
